As a founder of MagneticOne, Ruslan oversees the overall direction of the company and, as the leading product architect, takes an active role in the design and development of the product line.
A self-taught programmer, he started working with IT technologies at the age of ten. Prior to running a business of his own, Ruslan has been working for five years as outsourcing partner of several US enterprises. MagneticOne was established in 2001. Ruslan tries to focus on identifying and developing strategic opportunities that contribute to the company's global competitiveness and ensure its position as a leading e-commerce solutions supplier, next to providing functional leadership to the businesses. MagneticOne now has thousands of customers worldwide.
Ruslan holds master's degree in Computer Science from Institure of Computer and Information Technologies (Ternopil National Economic University) - Ukraine.
Serge Savchyshyn
Technical Director, Senior Software Development Manager
Since co-founding MagneticOne in 2001 with his brother Ruslan, Serge has supervised all technology-related aspects of the company, including but not limited to application development. Serge is primarily responsible for ensuring that MagneticOne computer and technology infrastructure remains state-of-the-art. He makes sure software offered by MagneticOne meets the growing demands of worldwide customers. Serge enjoys implementing the ideas of MagneticOne customers because it allows him to utilize his broad spectrum of experience.
An entrepreneur and self-taught computer scientist, Serge brings strong technical background and business experience to the company. He holds master's in Computer Science from Institure of Computer and Information Technologies (Ternopil National Economic University) - Ukraine.
Oleg Cherevatyy
Creative Director
Since joining MagneticOne in 2004, Oleg has been primarily responsible for supervising company's day-to-day web/graphic design activities and for making all decisions regarding graphic design. Oleg is in charge of the design and creative content of MagneticOne websites as well as graphic user interface of the software.
Oleg brings more than a decade of experience in IT-development to the company. Having begun his career as a front end web designer and content manager, Oleg gradually worked his way up to become Head of Support Department and finally Creative Director. Though, he partially supervises Support Department till present time.
Alla Savchyshyn
Marketing Director
Alla is responsible for overseeing promotional strategies and MagneticOne marketing activities. She co-ordinates online advertising campaigns, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), email marketing strategies and other ongoing marketing initiatives. She takes care of corporate communications and makes sure our clients and business partners always get the latest news about company's activities.
Alla's extensive background is integral in enhancing public awareness regarding MagneticOne products and services. She has a strong passion about innovative marketing solutions and social networks marketing tools. Alla actively participates in building a successful business platform of the company.

Oksana Semenyuk
Head of Support Department
Oksana has begun her career at MagneticOne as a member of Support Staff and has gone all the way up to Head of Support Department. Oksana addresses customers' queries and makes sure the quality of support service exceeds consumers' expectations. She supervises everyday activities of Support Department and oversees that all the inquiries and issues are solved in timely manner.
During the time, Oksana works at MagneticOne, she has acquired many skills and has greatly grown professionally. She is result-oriented person with motivational approach and makes her contribution to the overall success and growth of the company.
Vira Dublyanska
Senior Support Manager
Vira started up at MagneticOne about a year ago as a member of Support Staff. Since February 2010 she holds the position of Senior Support Manager. Currently she deals mainly with the support of MagneticOne modules and Cart2Cart service. She enjoys working in a perspective international company, in a team of young, enthusiastic people, who share same views and ideas.
Vira works on MagneticOnе software documentation and quick starts, trying to make it simple and easily accessible for customers. She's quite aware of how much customers opinion matters to us and always tries to consider all their comments.
Oleksandr Yablonskyy
Support Manager
Oleksandr has joined our Support Team few months ago. During this period of time he has proved to be responsible, reliable and hard-working. Oleksandr is learning fast and becomes more and more proficient day by day. Currently he deals mainly with the support of MagneticOne modules, thus, ensuring that our customers get top-notch support and prompt response to their enquiries.
Oleksandr enjoys being a part of MagneticOne team - young, active people who enjoy what they are doing. He shares the enthusiasm and does his best to provide our respected customers with high-quality support service.

Support Manager
One of the latest additions to MagneticOne Support Suite. Ira has joined our team not that long ago but has already showed herself as enthusiastic and diligent person. She is a fast learner and takes grasp of new information in no time. Ira's responsibilities include: answering queries, creating documentation, etc., to ensure that customers' experience with MagneticOne is positive and productive.
She enjoys communicating with customers from different parts of the world, helping them to solve problems and make their business even more successful. Optimistic approach is what helps her to solve the issues with ease.
Volodymyr Purshega
Support Manager
Volodymyr has also become a member of Support team not that long ago. He is a great team-player and concentrates on the result. At this time Volodymyr is mainly responsible for the support of Store Managers for various shopping carts. He's always glad to address your tickets or help you in live chat.

Technical Support Engeneer
Sergiy mainly deals with technical bugs and issues of the supported stores. He is the one who tests MagneticOne software to be sure it's performance is on the highest level when it gets to the customer. Sergiy also installs the applications upon customers' requests and works on solving clients' technical issues. Working at MagneticOne has made him more experienced and professional software developer. Sergiy enjoys improving innovative e-commerce solutions for worldwide customers and works with different stores everyday to assure their smooth and stable performance.

Support Staff Supervisor
Please welcome a member of our support staff you've not heard about before - Ticket. This little fluffy creature has joined our support suite not that long ago he is pretty good at keeping his eye on overall performance of the support suite. All support staff newcomers got to have interview with Ticket first. If they pass - it's their first successful step to employment.
Things he enjoys the most are carrots and those rare times he's allowed to explore the office, sniffing people and cables which happen to be on his way. So now if there are some problems with your request - do not worry, Ticket will take good care of it :)
