Default Not able to edit products

Hi all, I'm new at this. I'm not able to edit any of the products in my shopping cart. When I attempt to open a product the screen displays "Preparing Product Edit" and the function gets stuck. I have the software open now and the message has been up on the screen saying "Preparing Product Edit" for about 15 minutes now. The only way to remove this is to close the program down altogether.

From older posts I see here from back in July it appears to possibly be the same issues going on with regards to editing products? The cart version I'm using is 3.6.4 R.1920 would this be an issue with the version of Magneticone I'm using?


Can anyone help me out?

Thank you for letting us know.

Please make sure that you are using latest version of Store Manager for Pinnacle Cart (ver. 3.7.5.145). Please note that in order to update to the newest version you should have updates period active, you can check your account for updates at:
http://license.magneticone.com
if your updates service expired, you should order updates service to be able to download the newest version of Store Manager at:
http://www.pinnaclecart-manager.com/update-services

If the issue remains with the newest version, please provide us ftp access to your store at:
https://www.magneticone.com/store/store_support_ftp.php
and provide us Store Manager logs to check via e-mail at:
contact [@] magneticone [.] com

In order to find Store Manager logs please go to:
Start -> All Programs -> MagneticOne -> Store Manager for Pinnacle Cart -> Application Data -> Logs

Please keep us informed how it goes.
