Top Banner Missing

Hi everyone,

This is my 1st time in the M1 forums and my first time around the block with x-cart. I've got a banner at the top of the all my website pages that was working just fine about 2 hours ago, but now has disappeared.

The only thing I've done to the site in that time is to run a backup of the site and db prior to installing a new M1 product.

From the admin panel, I go to Tools ->Banner System and I see the 'Top Banner' title listed and when I look at the details it's pointing to the correct graphic, but it's not showing up on the site.

I'm currently running the following:

X-Cart: 4.4.1.
PHP: 5.2.14
MySQL: 5.0.19

I'm not the original webmaster of this project, so If I've left out any other pertinent info, I apologize.
