Default Ad Words Module

Would it be possible to implement a cache file for ad words module that could pick up were it left off in case of failure.

I have 29,000+ products I tried to run a large campaign last night. in ran for almost 12 hrs burning up API @ .25 per 1000 only for the program to quit responding all that money is gone and I have no ads. I believe I now am going to half to abandon the module and use Google's add word tool using a export from magnetic one.
