[Resolved] Where to position translate menu?

I would like the translate menu elsewhere. Currently it is above the category menu. I would prefer to have it in the "Special" menu. How do I change that?

Please note the translation module is right above the category list. I would prefer it in one of the lower navigation area, such as under "Special."

Please advise how I many move the module there.
