Assign a website to products - BULK doesnt quite do them all

I have a category containing 88 products which I want to assign to a website.
The products are selected then right click mouse and select the assign websites tab, I then tick the website I want the products assigned to.

It starts by displaying 1 of 88 products modified, and then slowly assigning them, then all of sudden its finished !.
Thats because it hasnt done them all I cant work out why it seems to skip a load.
Sometimes it will only modify 20 products, next time I do it, It might only modify 5, or 7.
Dont understand why it thinks its done all when it hasnt !
