Database conection problem

Dear Sirs
I hosted my shop on fatcow and it's working very well.
Yesterday i bought store manager form x cart and got licence and everything...
but i have problem to connect with my database
I tried direct connection but whatever i put inside i can't connect.
Than i tried to use bridge.First i created tmp folder (permission777)
than edited bridhe.php and fullfill with username,database,password data...
At the and when i try to selftest bridge i am getting some errors

What to do?Does someone had simmilar problem?
