Sitemap Not Created - Internal Server Error

I got XML Sitemap for Zen Cart installed just fine. However, the xml_sitemap.php file is not being created, and when I click on "Click Here to See XML Sitemap", in my Zen Cart Admin area, I get an Internal Server Error. I added the "ReWrite Rules" to the .htaccess file in my /public_html directory, but that didn't help. I am using an SEO add-on to Zen Cart (not from MagneticOne) and it also uses mod_rewrite, and there are a 'bunch' of "rewrite rules" in the .htaccess file for that add-on, so I'm wondering if there is a problem between the two add-ons (Magic-SEO and XML Sitemap).
