Hello,
I received an emailed error from the Magnetic One auto-responder indicating that there was a problem with the license key file (we've been running this software for nearly a year): ---- Dear webmaster There is problem with product license at : Host name does not match License key file To prevent unwanted experience for your website visitors CRE Loaded Followup_autoresponder was disabled. Please login to Admin Section, CRE Loaded Followup_autoresponder Settings page to see problem details. ---- However, when going to the settings this morning, I find the key is reported as valid and I was able to successfully re-activate the product. Everything seems to be working now. Any thoughts on what caused the issue? Thanks |

Hi,
I received this email message again this morning. Again I had to go in and re-activate the auto-responder system and found there was no issue with the license. Any thoughts on what causes this to keep occurring? Thanks |
