Magento was an option to migrate and so I did an paid $260. The "demo" migration was a success and I went on with the complete migration. Now the migration says it failed for some unknown reason. I lost all my credits! Please fix this ASAP and restart the migration process.

Hello,
After reviewing the migration results, it seems as 3 things did not get transferred:

a. Product name
b. Product image
c. Product description

The images got transferred for about 5% of the products but all the products in my magento store have no name and no description! How can this be solved?

Default X-Cart to Magento 1.3.1

Hello,

I purchased a little over 70,000 credits to migrate a store from X-Cart to Magento 1.3.1. I have run into a few issues:

- Orders do not have order #'s
- Only 50 / 19,000 images were transferred
- Products with dropdown attributes such as S, M, L (sizes) were not translated into configurable products
- Categories show on frontend, but no products show. If I go into the backend they are there (only simple products though, no configurables). If I go into an item and click save, it will appear on the frontend but I can't do this for 19,000 products.

I think this service has great potential. If there is any way we could have this corrected, we would be very grateful. I recommend Magento to most of my e-commerce clients and if we can get this working I will use your service exclusively and will make sure Cart2Cart's name is known.

I look forward to working together on finishing this migration.

Cart2Cart is in Beta mode still, and there could be some issues.

We are working hard from day to day to make the service close to ideal

Is it possible to provide ftp or ssh access to your source store and admin access to target store? It would greatly speed up the investigation process. We guarantee that no live data will be affected.
