If the stock is showing 0 then you do not have stock of that item how can you sell that item.If you want to overcome that problem and sell something you have not got or is out of stock change the value to 1 then the item will be listed.You may also be able to find a check box which should allow you to display items when they are out of stock and it should display item saying it is out of stock and when it is due in.
