how to see customer comment!!

I like the programm, but I miss one thing so badly.

How can I see the customer comments, they can send with their orders?! I didnt find it in oscommercer-manager.

Is there a way to build it into the order-detail report by myself?!!!!

I think it is a really important function. Can anyone help?? Otherwise the order-function is useless. Would be a bummer...

Actually order management feature is not completed yet, say it is "Under construction".
We planning to evolve this part in the future. There are many things missed in addition to customer comments.

You may help us if you create database backup script and send us for investigation along with your comments and description.

I'm asking for this because many people has contributions or custom modified modules installed at their stores. Store Manager must support standard shopping cart and every new feature must be compatible with it or at least do not cause incompatibility errors. While talking about some feature to add we have to inspect how it should be.

Do not send your scripts via forum, they must not be publicly available, send them by email.

Thank you for your question.

You can manage any existing default report template and query (invoices, order details and any report). Report templates are stored in .fr3 files they contain report layout information. Report queries are stored in .sql files, they contain SQL queries to retrieve data required for report.
