Currently it can be found in connection wizard:

Please check step 6.2. HTTP tunnel

Also we will add a separate description for it for advanced mode.

You see, Mass Product Changer addon is not located in Addon tab of Store Manager for CRE Loaded.
You're welcome to find more info about addon registration here:

In order to use Mass Product Changer, you should select multiple products, click on them using right mouse button and select Mass Product Changer option: http://screencast.com/t/Fd5pmNRXe5gA
