Oleksandr
Head of Support Department
Oleksandr has joined our Support Team almost 3 years ago. During this period of time he has proved to be responsible, reliable and hardworking. Oleksandr addresses customers’ queries and makes sure the quality of support service exceeds consumers’ expectations. He supervises everyday activities of Support Department and oversees that all the inquiries and issues are solved in timely manner.
Oleksandr enjoys being a part of MagneticOne Team - young, active people who enjoy what they are doing. He shares the enthusiasm and does his best to provide our respected customers with high-quality support service.
Olena
Senior Support Manager
Since the summer of 2012 Olena works as Senior Support Manager. She is responsible for Cart2Cart and File2Cart web services. Being a fast learner she takes grasp of new information in no time. That is how she worked her way up to Senior Support Manager. Currently, Olena’s responsibilities include providing first line management and leading a small team of support managers. Moreover, she provides direct support and is responsible for preparing and maintaining up to date support plans.
Inna
Support Manager
Inna joined the Support Team in 2011 as a Junior Support Manager. She is responsible for Cart2Cart and File2Cart support departments. Inna is passionate about providing quick solutions to the issues raised by customers.
Inna always strives for improving her skills. She believes that a good work/life balance is essential in order to perform 100% at work as well as having enough energy for personal development. Since the day she joined MagneticOne her goal has always been ‘to make clients happy’.
Khrystyna
Support Manager
Khrystyna has become an integral part of Support Department in 2012. During this period of time she is known to be an outgoing and honest person ready to learn ‘day and night’. Ability to work under pressure is one of her competitive traits of character.
Currently, Khrystyna provides Live Chat Support giving consumers exhaustive answers for all their questions.
Natalya
Junior Support Manager
Natalya has joined MagneticOne Support Team not so long ago. As Support Manager Natalya is responsible for Web Modules and BetaEasy. Natalya showed to be a goal-oriented person with motivational approach. She strongly believes in consumer being the top of priority and that every customer deserves the best support experience.
Since she has joined our team she became its integral part.
Maryana
Junior Support Manager
Maryana joined our Support Team in June, 2012. Maryana shows really good results and her desire for knowledge helps her to learn quickly.
Currently, she provides the support of Cart2Cart users. Maryana’s approach and ability to identify client needs are an integral part of the growth and success of MagneticOne.
Volodymyr
Technical Support Engineer
Volodymyr has been a Tech Engineer since 2013. He watches out for all our services to work properly and run on schedule. Volodymyr’s main task is patching bugs that our customers face. This person is able to fix up any problem fast sticking to an accomplished standard. The more difficult his task is, the more interesting it is for Volodymyr to solve it. “There are no bounds, but hitches,” that’s his motto.
Sergiy
QA Engineer
Sergiy mainly deals with technical bugs and issues of the supported stores. He is the one who tests MagneticOne software to be sure it's performance is on the highest level when it gets to the customer. Working at MagneticOne has made him more experienced and professional software developer. Sergiy enjoys improving innovative eCommerce solutions for worldwide customers and works with different stores everyday to assure their smooth and stable performance.
