Head of Support Department
Oksana has begun her career at MagneticOne as a member of Support Staff and has gone all the way up to Head of Support Department. Oksana addresses customers' queries and makes sure the quality of support service exceeds consumers' expectations. She supervises everyday activities of Support Department and oversees that all the inquiries and issues are solved in timely manner.
During the time, Oksana works at MagneticOne, she has acquired many skills and has greatly grown professionally. She is result-oriented person with motivational approach and makes her contribution to the overall success and growth of the company.
Oleksandr
Senior Support Manager
Oleksandr has joined our Support Team few months ago. During this period of time he has proved to be responsible, reliable and hard-working. Oleksandr is learning fast and becomes more and more proficient day by day. Currently he deals mainly with the support of MagneticOne modules, thus, ensuring that our customers get top-notch support and prompt response to their enquiries.
Oleksandr enjoys being a part of MagneticOne team - young, active people who enjoy what they are doing. He shares the enthusiasm and does his best to provide our respected customers with high-quality support service.
Ira
Senior Support Manager
Ira started up at MagneticOne about a year ago as a member of Support Staff. She has already showed herself as an enthusiastic and diligent person. She is a fast learner and takes grasp of new information in no time. Ira's responsibilities include: answering queries, creating documentation, etc. to ensure that customers' experience with MagneticOne is positive and productive.
She enjoys communicating with customers from different parts of the world, helping them to solve problems and make their business even more successful. Optimistic approach is what helps her to solve the issues with ease.
Olesya
Support Manager
Olesya has also become a member of Support team not that long ago. She is a great team- player always focused on the result. At this time Olesya is mainly responsible for the support of Store Managers for various shopping carts. Olesya also works on MagneticOnе software documentation and quick starts, trying to make our e-commerce solutions simple and easily accessible for customers. She's always ready to address your tickets or help you in live chat.
Olesya enjoys working in a perspective international company, in a team of young, enthusiastic people, who share same views and ideas.
Volodymyr
Support Manager
With a strong background in customer services and an incredible passion for everything related to the world of the web, Volodymyr has joined the MagneticOne team as the Support Manager.
Currently he deals mainly with the support of Store Manager software application as well as MagneticOne modules, services. Volodymyr’s approach and ability to identify client needs are an integral part of the growth and success of MagneticOne.
Volodymyr is very scrupulous about his job and enjoys making the user experience with MagneticOne as friendly and positive as possible.
Natalya
Support Manager
Natalya has joined MagneticOne Support Suite not long ago. As the Support Manager, Natalya is responsible for maintaining client satisfaction at every support level. Currently she is involved in Cart2Cart department. With specific training in Cart2Cart service, Natalya provides valuable support to those who need assistance by migration processes. She's quite aware of how much customers’ opinion matters to us and always tries to consider all their comments.
Since the day she joined the MagneticOne her goal has always been to ''make clients happy.
Inna
Junior Support Manager
Inna joined the Support Team in July, 2011 as a Junior Support Manager. She is responsible for the Cart2Cart support department. Inna is passionate about providing quick solutions to the issues raised by customers.
She believes that a good work/life balance is essential in order to perform 100% at work as well as having enough energy for personal development.
Iryna
Junior Support Manager
Being a Junior Support Manager since July, Iryna provides support via live chat. She’s very responsible and outgoing person, because she easily meets all the customers’ expectations. Iryna’s motto for issue resolution is: “Analyze, Develop, Test and Deliver… and do it quickly—the customer is waiting. Let each day be your masterpiece.” She adores her job, since it gives her the opportunity to learn new things, self-improve constantly and communicate with different people.
Maria
Junior Support Manager
Maria has started working at the company a few months ago. Currently she occupies the position of Junior Support Manager.
Her main responsibilities include phone support on general and sales questions, improvement of the documentation.
She is constantly trying to increase the level of customer service and makes sure each client's request is answered.
Maria strongly believes in customer being the top in priority and that every customer deserves the best support experience.
Sergiy
Technical Support Engeneer
Sergiy mainly deals with technical bugs and issues of the supported stores. He is the one who tests MagneticOne software to be sure it's performance is on the highest level when it gets to the customer. Sergiy also installs the applications upon customers' requests and works on solving clients' technical issues. Working at MagneticOne has made him more experienced and professional software developer. Sergiy enjoys improving innovative e-commerce solutions for worldwide customers and works with different stores everyday to assure their smooth and stable performance.
