Improvements:
- New automatic connection wizard has been released. Now you can use Simple or Advanced mode to setup store connection. All you need
for simple mode is just to fill in FTP settings. All the rest will be done by our Connection Wizard. If you are familiar with
communication protocols you can use Advanced mode;
- New type of database connection has been added - HTTP tunnel. This is an alternative way of connecting to your database and it
possesses the advantages of both direct and bridge connection;
Benefits:
- this type of connection is useful if you don't have direct access to MySQL database, it works the same way as ordinary web browser
- you don't need to do POST \ GET operations to synchronize data with your store, all changes are real-time
Disadvantages:
- .php file is used by HTTP -tunnel, that's why the speed of work depends on your channel speed capacity. If you have unstable
connection, it is better for you to use bridge connection because it works with cached database. We don?t recommend importing
products if HTTP tunnel is set up. We are working on the improvement of connection and planning to implement caching import in the
next releases.
- New delimiter option has been added to Products Import Wizard;
- New filters were added in Orders section by Time Period: Last 7 days, Last 30 days;
Bugs Fixes:
- Previously there was an error "Table 'autoimport_db_x_xcart_variants doesn't exist", which occurred after the completion of
Automated Product Import. Now this issue is fixed and Automated Products Import works properly;
- Automated Import window could not be opened in full screen mode. Now you can do full resize of the window;
- Previously Product URLs were generated with brackets in the title. Now if the name of the product has brackets, they are removed
automatically. New symbols "(", "(" have been added to Forbidden URLs in Preference Window - Advanced - Clean URLs section;
- The issue that was caused by the fact that user?s computer and MySQL server were in different time zones has been fixed.
