installation or upgrade of one shopping cart module developed
by MagneticOne.
Please order this product if you want your previously-ordered module
to be installed or upgraded.
Basic Support Service doesn't include:
Module Configuration, specific to your store, complex module setup,
including automated FTP uploads/cron
jobs/taxes/shipping/troubleshooting/third-party components installation
and configuration(you will need Extended
Support Service)
You will need to provide following information along with
order:
FTP login details
Store Admin section login details
Module name
You can include this information in Comments field during checkout process,
alernatively you can send it via email to MagneticOne support.
MagneticOne is experienced at installing modules and
addons into new and existing stores, and is available to assist store owners
during installation of modules.
